The German Global Compact Network’s (DGCN) membership conference focused on responsible business conduct and business perspectives looking forward as far as to 2030. UN Global Compact’s CEO/Executive Director and keynote speaker, Ms Lise Kingo, was joined by representatives from business, government, and the consultancy field to discuss the role of business to progress their responsible conduct in the future.
After a general opening contribution by popular German philosopher, Mr Richard David Precht, discussions focused on content themes as far-ranging as the German National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights, digitalisation and science-based targets for environmental goals.
